The Story Behind Blue Dream Cannabis Hostel

Before becoming the renowned Blue Dream Cannabis Hostel, this vibrant establishment was known as Dream House for over 14 years. The journey to rebranding began with a woman named Blue, who had always dreamed of running her own hostel. Her vision faced an unexpected challenge when COVID-19 hit Thailand, complicating her search for the perfect location.

Determined to turn her dream into reality, Blue embarked on a quest to find a suitable hostel lease in Chiang Mai. Despite the challenges of finding an available property, her persistence paid off when she stumbled upon Dream House—a place she had worked at previously.

However, Blue’s initial efforts to contact the current owner were met with silence. With her hopes hanging by a thread, Blue decided to seek divine intervention and prayed fervently to realize her dream. Miraculously, her prayers were answered when the owner of Dream House called back, confirming that the hostel was still available.

Seizing the opportunity, Blue promptly secured the lease and set out to transform Dream House into Blue Dream Cannabis Hostel. The new name pays homage to a popular strain of cannabis, reflecting the hotel’s unique character and its role as the first cannabis-themed hostel in Chiang Mai.

Today, Blue Dream Cannabis Hostel stands as a testament to perseverance and vision, blending the vibrant atmosphere of Chiang Mai with the allure of cannabis culture
